Here, visitors can feel the changes in the water level of the Yangtze River in the past 100 years. The red weathering steel in the lower part of the lamp beads represents the highest water level of the flood in a certain year. It can be seen that the highest water level in the "memory" of the Yangtze River occurred in 1954, namely, 10.22 meters, while the warning line was 8.5 metres. The project was constructed in 2014, and the current highest water level is 10.31 metres in 2020.
